Give stuff away! No selling, no pressure and a hell of a lot easier. You are not asking someone to pull out their wallet, you are just saying, “Here it is, take it.”

Mobile Marketing: Are You Missing The Wave AGAIN?

Are You Missing The Next Big Thing, Again?

“In every business on the planet there are waves of massive opportunity followed by troughs of hard slog, the people who make money are the ones that recognise when that wave is coming and start paddling!”

If you are into making money online, affiliate marketing or any type of internet enterprise you will know that it is NOT as easy as, push a button and get rich. If you haven’t realised this yet you are still a newbie. Sorry if that offends but it is true and you will still be falling for the same over hyped sales pages for a while yet.

There have been a few times that I can remember when it was almost as simple as throwing up a page and some affiliate links and you would make money. Two particular times that come to mind were:

The introduction of Adsense and specifically for us, Adwords. The now ubiquitous advertisements were once a goldmine but as is the way of internet business the days of cheap clicks and easy online money have been swallowed up by the subsequent rules and guidelines introduced by Google. I am not saying Adsense  is a loser across the board but it is definitely harder to make money with it.

The second gold rush came with scripts such as BANS, you could publish a page full of Ebay listings and virtually zero content and the cash would be rolling. Not anymore! The Google slap came down hard and guys that were riding the gravy train were suddenly left with no income. I know, I was one of those guys.

So, What’s Next?

Mobile Monopoly

The clue is in the title, mobile marketing, or, cell phones! Remember the Adsense boom? Its back and, how! There are reckoned to be 5 billion mobiles in use today and every one of them is an advertising platform for your business. Compare this to only 1.5 billion computers.(Only 1.5 billion. LOL)

Now carry on with that thought, 1.5 billion computers and the average person spends 45 minutes per day at their desktop or laptop. If you are good with figures you can probably work out the numbers here, so then follow it up with 5 billion mobile phones that people carry with them 24/7. Stunning isn’t it.

If you are not getting seriously involved with mobile marketing you are missing the biggest wave in internet market and online sales that has occured for years!Adam Horwitz has come out with a video series called Mobile Monopoly which explains exactly how you can jump on this wave and take maximum advantage of the cash making oppurtunities it affords.

Use Mobile Phones To Build A List

If you have been around the internet money scene for any length of time you will have heard the expression, “The money is in the list.”

Why do you keep reading this oft repeated motto? Basically because it is true. Now you can leverage the incredible market that is available on mobile phones using Admob

I am going to come clean here and admit that I really never saw the potential of building a list but after having spent the last couple of months investigating it I have really changed my tune.

You need to think of a list as a little goldmine, everyone on it is a little nugget of gold and with a well run list you will always have a group of buyers to hand.

Now, your list is precious and f you nurture it with good information and real advice the folks on your list will come to trust you and your advice. Imagine if your best friend comes round and says, “Hey, I’ve found a great program to improve my golf you should try it!”

Isn’t it quite likely that you would try it. OK so you may not buy it but you would check it out.

Now imagine if a used car dealer knocked on your door, even if he said the exact same words as your friend what are the chances that you would bother.

You need to be a best friend to your list and they will listen. So next time you send them an email saying “Check this out,” they will probably do it.

Ok, so you don’t have a list, easy, build one. Yeah I know, it’s not quite as easy as that but then again it is if you are willing to invest a little cash up front.

Here is a fool proof way to build your own little goldmine in literally days.

This method will cost you around $75 but think of it as an investment in your future.Your list will last for ever, well almost!

You will need to set up a simple squeeze page in a mobile format, this is not too difficult and there is lots of information about it on the web, just Google ‘mobile web pages.’

You will need this squeeze page to take advantage of the massive consumer base out there with mobile phones, cell phones as the Americans say.

Consider this, 1.5 billion people have internet access on their computer but nearly 5 billion people access the web on their phone. Read that again, 5 billion!

Ok, you have your mobile web page so all you need on it is a sign up form. You can get this from Aweber, (free trial for a dollar). This is where you will build your list, or lists.

I suggest starting with just one for the time being and making it targeted. By that I mean go for a niche like golf, weight loss, fitness etc.

Don’t worry about the market being saturated, this is not SEO, this is list building.

OK, so now you head on over to Admob. This is a Google site that sells advertising on mobile phones and this is where you will be getting your customers.

I won’t go into all the details about setting up an account because it is really easy and once you have set it up there are some great training videos on how to set up campaigns.

All you have to do is run a campaign with a simple text advert which will send the user to your squeeze page. Offer a free report in exchange for their email and bang! you have a prospect for ever.

Set up an ad which says something like:

Grab Your Free Fitness Guide Now!

Make the destination URL your squeeze page and Aweber does the rest.

Each ad. will cost you around $0.03 a click yes thats 3 cents per click and the take up rate is massive.

I am going to expand on this subject over the next few posts because it is so exciting and even better it is simple and it works.

Learn CSS You Will Be Glad You Did!

When you are learning how to make money online there is a huge hill to climb and that is why so many people fail. The failure is not because they are stupid or because they do not have the magic, it is usually because there are so many things to learn they give up  because the task seems too big.

Read CSS: The Missing Manual

Any job,  no matter what its’ size can be broken down into much smaller chunks and this helps because a) each job becomes more manageable and b) it is possible to see all the little successes along the way.

Producing good quality and unique websites will require learning some CSS. It is CSS that makes any page look the way it does and by making the effort to learn CSS you will be able to start making your web pages look a little different to all the other ones out there.

The good news? It’s not hard. I would like to recommend a book to you that I have found to be extremely helpful and it’s written in a way that does not assume you are a computer programmer before you start.

Make More Money With Reviewazon

I have been using the wordpress plugin Reviewazon for a few months now and I have to say I am totally impressed with it. Before I got into it I have used several other niche store builders, mostly Build A Niche Store with ebay but I can make more money with Reviewazon.

For anyone who is not familiar with it Reviewazon is a plugin that enables you to pull Amazon products straight into your wordpress site. There a few ways of displaying them and the ability to use custom templates so with a bit of imagination you can achieve a higly professional website with a great range of items for visitors to buy.

There are many examples of straight out of the box Reviewazon sites making money for their owners but in order to make the most of it you need to be going that extra mile.

Reviewazon grabs the products from the Amazon feed and this can include product descriptions, prices, customer reviews and all sorts of other information which is great but it means that you are simply reproducing a mini Amazon. This is the same problem that many BANS sites suffered from and were consequently de-indexed, so to avoid this fate and make more money with Reviewazon you want to tickle your web posts a little bit.

Change The Title
The first thing you can do is change the titles around, the posts that Reviewazon creates will have the same titles as the main site and so this is a must do thing. As well as the titles the descriptions will also be identical so it will pay you to insert some custom text here to step it up a gear.

To make more money with Reviewazon I create bulk product posts which is simple with a couple of clicks of the mouse but I make sure I save them as drafts, there is a check box for this. Then you simply have to go to edit posts in the wordpress  dashboard and work through them.

I pick a post and look at the preview, this tells me what I have got and lets me see what Amazon is feeding me. The first thing to check is the title, as I said you will want to change this to make it more unique but also to ensure that it contains terms that are being searched for so I go to Googles free tool and plug in the brand and model number. There will be a low search count but it is not important, all you are looking for is what people are actually searching for when they want to buy this product.Take the best of the results and make that your post title.

Add Some Unique Content
Now I will go to the product page of the brand site and take a look at the information there. The official site will usually have a whole bunch of information that is not included in the Amazon description so I will take this and then re-write it in my own words being careful to get any technical information correct. When writing this information try to get around 2/3 hundred words of unique content and include the keyword phrase about three or four times, this will give you a good jump in the search engines.

If you are using All in One SEO which you should be, fill in all the boxes and then you can either schedule or publish the post. You will now have an optimised page for a long tail keyword which should bring you buying traffic. These simple tips will help you make more money with Reviewazon.

Affiliate Marketing Plan

If you wish to succeed at affiliate marketing you need a plan. As the maxim goes,”If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”

If you are new to affiliate marketing it is incredibly difficult to know what you need to do to get a plan. There are a million and one schemes, secret codes or ‘recipes for success and the problem for newbies is which one works.

Unfortunately the answer is very few. Affiliate marketing is not a get rich quick method of making money online as many of the above make it out to be. It takes work, a fair few failures and lots of frustration but make no mistake you can earn lots of money on the internet.

Trillions of dollars change hands every year online and you only have to get a minute piece of that pie to make serious money.

How many of us have produced affiliate websites only to have them disappear into cyber space not to be seen again?
I have websites that even I have forgotten about let alone any prospective customers.

I have found that by getting a plan into place my earnings have increased significantly and whats more important is that I know what is working for me and what I can forget about. I have a plan!

I now follow two different plans depending on what particular niche I have found. The first is Brian Johnsons Commission Ritual which I use when I have identified a micro-niche. This is a super easy way of affiliate marketing which can produce profits in a fairly short space of time.

As I have a very short concentration time on some subjects it allows me to hop from niche to niche without worrying too much about backlinking, article writing etc. Commission Ritual is perfect for this method. It is based on wordpress which I love and which makes the whole process quick and simple.

The second plan I follow is the N1Way, this method is for larger sites that I build around subjects for which I have a genuine interest. I find it so much easier to put in bucketfuls of time when there is a passion for the niche and the N1Way gives me focus and makes the process much quicker and more straightforward. The N1Way was originally designed for Build A Niche Store owners but it contains methods for wordpress sites (which I use) but the concept is easily adapted for any type of website you may wish to build.

I would recommend either or both of these affiliate marketing plans to anyone and further say that until you have taken them to heart don’t bother with anything else. Get an affiliate marketing plan!
